[3.5] Occultist Vortex/Cold Snap ES/CI – Deathless and Safe Uber Elder and T16’s

This build is extremely strong. I have multiple end game trapper builds, RF builds, totem builds, and other ranged style builds, but I would put this against any of them in end game bossing/delving/incursion viability.
